Zacharoula Smyrnaiou
Dr. Zacharoula Smyrnaiou, female, is Associate Professor in "Contemporary Learning Theories and Science Education", Vice President of the B.O.D. of the Computer Technology Institute and Press "Diophantus" and Researcher in Lab of Environmental Education and Educational Technology Lab. She teaches Science Education, Educational Technology and Modern Theories of Learning in different departments of NKUA such as EDS, department of Geology, Biology, etc. The past 10 years her work has focused a) on the teaching of STEM concepts b) on the educational design and assessment of digital media and accompanying pedagogical scenarios c) on implementing research in real classroom settings considering different factors () on supporting teachers and students during the implementation of innovative educational activities in the context of SWAF, RRI, Skills 21+ and e) on teaching teacher educators. She is member of the committee of Science Curriculum Reform in Greece, chairman of the Scientific Supervisory Board of 1st Experimental High School of Athens and president at three-member committees to evaluate science teachers. She has been involved in projects funded by E.U. (LOOP Erasmus+ 2020-23, CREATIONS H2020-SEAC-2014-1 CSA, DESCI Erasmus +, PLAY4GUIDANCE-Erasmus +, FP7-Metafora, Erasmus Intensive Programme (Innovative practices for teaching science), FP6-e-comode, EDU-ELEARN-Recoil, ROSE (Relevance of Science Education), IST-School of Tomorrow- MODELLINGSPACE), etc. and she has coordinated two projects of training science teachers and development of science curriculum funded by the Greek ministry of Education and participated in several national and European networking projects. She is also the coordinator of the research team of the Faculty in a) Platform 21+ Lab’ (2020) project of the Institute of Educational Policy (IEP) (http://iep.edu.gr/en/. Launched in the spring of 2020, this project of the Greek Ministry of Education aims to inform the Greek K-12 curriculum with the skills and literacies needed for students to keep up with the 21st century job market (OECD2018), b) Children's University (2020). The Children's University Pilot Action (2020) is organized by the Attica Regional Development Fund. Finally, she was Scientific expert for the Preparation of Educational Informational Material & Education Studies Program in the national project "Development and Prevention Network Operation Centre and Control of School Violence and Bullying" (Greek Ministry of Education, 10183/07-11-2014).

Η προσομοιωμένη μάθηση με βάση την εργασία (simulated worked based learning) περιλαμβάνει παιδαγωγικές μεθοδολογίες που συνδέουν την σχολική κοινότητα με τις πρακτικές των χώρων εργασίας, με στόχο την ομαλή και ασφαλή μετάβαση από την δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση σε επιτυχημένα πεδία επαγγελματικής σταδιοδρομίας. Σε κάθε πεδίο επαγγελματικής σταδιοδρομίας η ικανότητα επιχειρηματικότητας δίνει στους νέους τη δυνατότητα να αναζητούν καινοτόμες λύσεις και ευκαιρίες, να προσαρμόζονται σε αλλαγές και να αναπτύσσουν πρωτοβουλίες για την επαγγελματική τους εξέλιξη. Οι δράσεις δημιουργίας εικονικών επιχειρήσεων είναι μία εκπαιδευτική στρατηγική προσωμοίωσης του χώρου εργασίας, που συνδέεται με την ανάπτυξη επιχειρηματικής νοοτροπίας και κουλτούρας, ώστε οι μαθητές ως μελλοντικοί πολίτες μιας παραγωγικής κοινωνίας να αναλάβουν ενεργό ρόλο στην λήψη αποφάσεων, που θα έχουν θετικό αντίκτυπο στην προσωπική, κοινωνική και επαγγελματική τους ζωή. Στην παρούσα ερευνητική εργασία, μετά από την επισκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας για τα ενσωμάτωση της επιχειρηματικότητας στις σχολικές τάξεις δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, αναλύεται η μεθοδολογία και τα αποτελέσματα εφαρμογής του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος του Σωματείου Επιχειρηματικότητας Νέων/Junior Achievement Greece, (ΣΕΝ/JA Greece) για την δημιουργία εικονικών επιχειρήσεων.
