I have two BS degrees from the University of Athens, one in Physics the other in Faculty of Primary Education. In addition, I am a certified adult educator.

As a collaborator of ΕΛ/ΛΑK , I have designed and implemented the following courses:

  • Moodle Course Design and Creation
  • How to enrich courses in Moodle

As Educational manager and certified MEC Facilitator / Assessor of Wide Services, I have designed and implemented the following programs:

  • WIDE MEC
  • STEM with Moodle
  • Gamification with Moodle

In this session we will present the moodle installation of GFOSS - Open Technologies Alliance, https://elearn.ellak.gr/ and its use for providing Open Educational Resources.
Some indicative case studies will be presented for both asynchronous and synchronous learning and at the second part of the presentation, we will deep dive into the use of moodle for the educational program Co{de}+Create and more specifically in the "WEB" course.

The "WEB" course is one of the launching courses of the CnC project, has run in all rounds, and is the only one conducted in recent times.
In particular, we will look at the last three periods to describe how the transition from the living classroom to the fully online classroom took place, the structure of the lesson, the use and functionality of Moodle tools, the feedback we get from our students and the peculiarities of the online class.
